smci really smacks all the hedge funds that are bought in before Oct. Delist is always a safer option than going to trial or even jail.

  • pro-active Kiwi_0985 : should I sell puts tomorrow r wait till Friday

  • AW : If the company indeed has the illegal fact of financial fraud as stated by the short-selling company, and indeed a series of violations of sanctions, a series of issues in selling products to Russia. So, if you and I were to switch to being the CEO, would we rather intentionally not submit the problematic financial reports, even destroy them, to deliberately provoke the SEC to delist the company as a way to protect them from going to jail? In other words, the CEO would prefer the company to be delisted, rather than or not wanting to submit the problematic financial data and risk going to prison. If that's the case, are we still waiting peacefully through the 16th?

  • AW : Does delisting just clear the accusations? Can misleading and deceiving investors allow you to take an easy way out or run away? Or are you just adding fuel to the fire with a selfish short sell mentality, stirring up trouble to increase your account's profit by a few coins, and shouting about it?

  • TRIUMPHANT RETURNS OP AW : delisting rule comes from the stock exchange not SEC I think.

  • TRIUMPHANT RETURNS OP AW : if a company delist becos there was no submission of financials, it none of sec or the stock exchange biz.... remember it is not domiciled in usa.
