So I can sleep now

Thanks $Tesla (TSLA.US)$ . Finally an end to my $TSLA 241129 265.00C$ , it was fun and excited. To be honest this profit is just pure luck, 0 technical analysis involved, literally is just based on “I think will”. Just wanna mark down my journey ~

I only learn basically what is call and put, what’s the maximum lose before entering this war zone, but I read many posts from WSB, knowing some dear regards lost their life savings or inheritance yolo-ing in options. So I ensure my play definitely not ever touch on margin and only buy the price I’m okay to lose.

Before ER, most of the analysis I read say will definitely go down. But WSB taught me~ always inverse analysts! Plus election is around the corner, if Tesla surprisingly pump after earning then the call will be more expensive, so I decide to buy 2 calls first. Only buy 2 is because I worried if it goes down I will have some cash ready to buy more calls. Luckily it pump after earning. Share price surge until almost $273, I know I should buy puts having this crazy surge, definitely overreacted, but I thought it could pump to $280, and I will buy puts by that time, unfortunately didn’t go the way I wish. My call premium from $22 to lowest $5. Of course I have thought to take profit when it drops, but this calls I actually bought for election, so I decide stick with it and hold it.

Before election, I got greedy after watching 包姐dives in and out into bloodbath many times, and get a decent profit. I hoping to earn few hundred to buy more calls. And~ yeap I jump into a call, in the end I got cooked. After I cut lost, I realised one very crucial thing, she didn’t enter this position, why I jump in? But after that I wait until she post her position which the premium is at what I afford to lose, I went in and I able to recover the stupidity I have done. Love 包姐 ~ but after this I afraid to add on position before election day, hahaha, cowardsssss

Gratefully I hold my main calls until now, it doubled the initial $22 peak. Today while I driving back from work, the greedy thought came up, “imagine I dump extra 2k into 300C before election, could be half of my annual salary”. But I know, even if I did really put 2k, the thought will just become 4k, 6k, it will just keep increasing, no end. Another thing learnt from WSB is~ “Good enough to screenshot, good enough to sell”. So yea, around 20x, better than nothing. Alright, goodnights
