QMengColdJoke : There's nothing wrong with that; if you look at it from the perspective of a big bank, Sofi is just a rookie. However, at the end of the day, SoFi is still FinTech. Banks are bought for licenses and liquidity, and formalization and compliance are far better than Fintech on the market. Noto knows very well what it's doing.
