I feel like my learning is all over the place can you point me in the right direction like what to learn first I e technical analysis or should I learn how to pick a company or is that the same thing. really appreciate and feedback. *wealth.building*

learn both technical analysis and how to look at the fundamentals. chart reading with pattern recognition.... there are YouTube videos on how to do that. picking good companies is important but not always for a day trade there are not so great companies i still play for swings but investing definitely want to pick growth stocks. don't go all in either save extra cash on the side. YouTube has a lot of information that can be very helpful. use your tools too like MACD, RSI, EMA etc ... lots of tools to add to the chart that's helpful.

there's the micro aspect and the macro, macro like what is the feds going to do, is money moving into bonds, dollar strength usually means red market days, weak dollar stronger market etc...

ok so I was heading in the right direction. what charting software you use moo moo? and if so I'm not 100 sure I'm using effectively . once again your feedback mad appreciated and I'll leave you be *investment.knowledge*

i use multiple platforms, webull, moomoo, E-Trade, and Sofi. webull i would say is probably the easiest for beginners the charts are easier to look at but moomoo is pretty decent also. i use anything that helps gain details or information. if you want to get into more sophisticated platforms you'll need to pay for subscriptions

the one thing i can't stand with moomoo is they have the worst customer service.... you can't get any answers and it takes forever to resolve anything
