Morgan Stanley use to own stock and gave it a PT 20 last year before it hit profits, before they took over the bank. it's a threat to the old school banks. last year Morgan Stanley sold everything off and gave it a PT of 6. ever since it struggled when Cathie Wood came in. Noto wouldn't bend over for the banking cartel so they beat the stock down
