10baggerbamm Stock Therapy : it's not so much for applying for loans the refinancing business is where Banks make the Lion's share if you think about it you buy a house one time but then you rake up credit card debt you put a swimming pool in the backyard you buy furniture you do updates repairs you put a deck on landscaping all that's done with credit cards for the most part or the company's own third party vendor so it represents another bill what do people do they take 6,7,8 different bills that might be $200 a piece that's 1400 a month they roll it into the 30 year mortgage of their house and it saves them $1,000 a month in cash flow 12,000 a year that's more money they can spend that's why the refinancing is such a powerful tool to make money on from Banks. and with high rates people are not refinancing but when rates start to break and come down there's a mad dash that's why I recommended certain companies like rocket mortgage you can go back and see what I wrote about that it's moved from 11 to 16 now but that's where this co  is going to make a shitload of money on the refi segment that will translate into huge profits to their bottom line
