Personally, I do not have a negative impression of stock splits, so I started writing after knowing about the upcoming split, but apparently there are many people who are against splits.

Happy1 : Owning 100 shares through a split and receiving PayPay could be quite advantageous. The attractiveness decreases for those who hold over 200 shares.
They probably want to increase individual shareholders through splits and measures, but it seems like there will be considerable administrative fees. Well, like the relationship between past Nissan and Renault, the money flows to the parent company for reinvestment, so as long as performance doesn't deteriorate and dividends don't decrease, individual shareholders can hold with peace of mind.
It's not as bad as NTT's financial results, and I think it's a defensive stock, so maybe a buy. There seem to be people who think and buy.
