Ex: just before halt top ask is 1.85! now halt and all the sudden top ask is 1.40? if you were willing to sell at 1.40 but have the chance to sell for 1.85? why would you cut your own profit? You wouldnt! But if you want to slow it down as a short when it halts you get your MM buddy to slip in the lower ask price to make sure price to get away and squeeze SS’s!!! Grrrrrrr! yes my opinion!
