103935853 : Agreed. With the senior notes indicating a call at 100++ and over subscribed by investors shows that the share is undervalue. At the same time China company need to do these so that they will be able to have the extra cash to buy back shares as the China policy don't allows them to buy back shares using money that is currently located in China.
