if u plan to get dividend from any company for long time or passive income from dividend
1. Study the company what it do n what type of the company u invest
2. Study a basic technical analaysis for your basic risk like how much downtrend can u bear or u cant bear 5% 8%
3.Mostly dividend stock or etf after giving dividend no matter before or after ll have some adjustment which u must know
4.If u r investor or new to stock learn your position n type of investing you want and how u invest it

6. if a dividend stock suddenly in bear run ，now u need study can this company develop better during bull or bear market
