10baggerbamm : well they went public via a spac.. so that was not a offering as in an IPO and in the fourth quarter last year 2023 they approved a shelf offering for an undisclosed amount it basically can be any amount of money that they can raise for their business at any point in time to take advantage of market opportunities so I suspect you're going to see an enormous delusion upwards of 500 million maybe even more as the stock goes higher because they need the cash in order to expand for filament and installations in restaurants because five years which is the average according to their fourth quarter conference call for completion of White Castle that's far from adequate for national and global franchise operations
