10baggerbamm : I'm sure you're well aware of the shelf offering that the company has aren't you. it's already been pre-approved it was talked about third quarter voting on and approved during the third quarter so they're going to be raising anywheres from $300 to 500 million and the way it eads in the filings is it any time that they determine. there's already 277 million shares in the float up from 217 in 3 months up 150 million since SPAC started to trade at 10. the shelf offering between 3 and 500 million will put it up another 80 million or so shares. this is highly dilutive it is very troubling that a company continuously to lose shareholders like this in a little over a year since going public.

10baggerbamm 74172505 OP : I don't know if you're being sarcastic or not the fact of the matter is their patents that they have are really useless because chat GPT which is in its 7th incarnation right now has about 90% accuracy from a voice interpretation a year ago June sound was pounding the table saying that they're 86% accurate and chat was only about 55%. video for example there are in excess of 400 companies globally right now that offer chatbase solutions to within the restaurant industry and the order entry industry call center operations okay so everything that sound does minus the automobile segment there's chat based solutions that are half the price that sound is offering. and for the people that don't believe me well SoundHound bought a chat company and close the last week of December last year that was actually larger from an infrastructure standpoint then SoundHound they had more restaurants already in place and SoundHound. SoundHound has a serious fulfillment problem they have White Castle Nationwide signed Inc done deal they started doing the installations during the second quarter last year if you listen to the conference call their goal now this calendar year 2024 is to complete 100 that's their goal they could do the whole company they don't have the ability to deliver.. the time frame that it takes them to complete White Castle right now is estimated to be 5 years. this is their ideal scenario because White Castle is all corporate owned there's no franchises franchises slow down the installation process significantly so under the best case scenario it's 5 years to install in White Castle.

10baggerbamm : companies are not going to wait this long for solutions when a board of directors meets and you're doing a presentation there's a fulfillment time how long once we say go ahead and do it we'll write you the check until it's on all of our businesses and when you say 5 years they're going to look elsewhere so as technology evolves in chat comes out with an 8th 9th and 10th evolution other businesses are going to be attacking the call center marketplace the restaurant to order entry the answering machine which is one of their products solutions and be able to deliver them far quicker than SoundHound.. and this is not me saying it this is the conference call where they said we're still trying to figure things out. and that's a direct quote. so it's great you're making money I've been in this company since May of last year in and out of it many a times but they have significant internal operational problems.
