10baggerbamm OP dato ba : in all due respect you have no idea what the hell you're saying. they're selling to enrich themselves this is stock that was granted with a cost basis of $2 when they were already in the money they exercise the options they turned around and they're selling it at 15 and change. this has nothing I repeat this has nothing to do with putting money back into the company and this has everything to do with them putting money in their own pockets.
10baggerbamm OP : for those that are kicking themselves oh I wish I could have should have sold when it was 16 the other day the stock has options so calls against your position they have options every week you can sell calls for this Friday expiration and collect a premium you can go out to next Friday right now on the open at 9:30 because there's no pre-market trading or postmarket trading on options, you can pick your strike price that you want and sell calls against your position you need to have round lots of at least 100 shares to do this so if you have a thousand shares you sell 10 contracts if you have 2000 shares you sell 20. the premiums are still pretty good you'll put money in your pocket right now you'll still own the stock if it just turned sideways in here and on expiration day it's not above that strike price you keep the stock you keep the premium all is well and good and you do it again next Friday and then you do it again the following Friday and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that you can sell $2 $3 out of the money calls and make a nice profit every week by doing it
