SpaceX launches Starlink satellites twice within 5 hours 🚀

Payload: 21 Starlink satellites (Starlink V2 Mini) ※ 13 of them are equipped with Direct to Cell functionality.
 According to SpaceX, 13 of the 21 Starlink satellites launched by the Starlink Group 9-4 mission have a “Direct to Cell” function. Direct to Cell is a service that allows direct communication with Starlink lines from the ground, and although a contract with a specific mobile phone carrier is required, no special hardware, software, or applications are required. Also, according to SpaceX's Direct to Cell official page, the name of KDDI Inc. is also displayed as a global partner.
