ColdJoke TheDylz : People can get trash shares from otc market easily. However, brokers could disallow shorting and dump brokers’s own shares if time allows. Look, if management say like we are negotiating with convertible bond owners then we are fine, worst case a severe dilution but it’s priced in. Now they postponed earnings for nonsense, please saying expect to cancel equity. Must have seen horrible earnings they cannot afford to release
