Spotlight on My Hidden Gem Stock: Bursa

Not sure if it's a steal or a falling knife, but I do believe in the long-term potential of MY's stock market,  Its pays a decent dividend and has a healthy PNL. Although the valuation is on the higher side, but given that it does not have any competitor or benckmark (being the only stock exchange in MY), I guess it can be excused. 

Some time back, without too much interest at that time, I read about their plan to push for more IPOs, to increase the total market capitalisation, which will in turn give them more business. 

What I really hope they can do is to educate and to increase public interest in participating in the stock market (not sure what is the % of participation, but I know its low from observing people around me). As of now,  the daily trading is very low, making the stocks listed in KLSE not very liquid, and lacking vibrancy in general. They can leverage this opportunity to help improve the public's financial literacy.

I wonder why this stocked is almost never talked about.
