Sri Lanka has approved the provision of services to Mask's Starlink.

[COLOMBO, 13th (Reuters)] - Sri Lanka's telecommunications regulatory authority has issued a license for the satellite broadband service 'Starlink' of the space development company SpaceX, led by American entrepreneur Elon Musk, to provide satellite broadband services in the country. This was announced by the presidential office.
The Sri Lankan parliament approved a new communications bill last month, the first amendment in 28 years, paving the way for Starlink's entry into Sri Lanka.
According to officials revealed to Reuters last month, Starlink proposed to start operations in Sri Lanka in March. The company needs to pay a licensing fee.
SpaceX owns over 60% of the approximately 7,500 satellites orbiting the Earth, and is leading in the satellite internet sector.
Mr. Mask has shown interest in introducing Starlink in India and has been exploring expansion into South Asia.
