Trytosaveabit : Because they just got the delisting notice a couple weeks ago! They filed the appeal! They now have until January 2025 at minimum before they need to do a R/S! Unless they trade above 1.00 for 10 straight trading days! But even in January! They may qualify for another 180 day extension if they have not regained compliance by January! GL
