Active stocks, hot stocks.
On the 4th, the Nikkei Stock Average closed slightly lower. Given the rise in US high-tech stocks, buying took the lead, but the lack of buying catalysts led to a downturn. At 11:00 on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's main board, the number of rising stocks was 343, falling stocks were 1238, and unchanged stocks were 60, with the number of falling stocks significantly exceeding the number of rising stocks. By industry sector, 9 out of 33 sectors saw gains. The top sector was other products, followed by retail, mining, and nonferrous metals. Among the top falling stocks were marine shipping, land transportation, and electricity and gas.
