so long we hold the stock by 18/12, stay through 22/12 for payout? but the cut off period is 26/12?
Should not the ex date be before record date??
Any advice, anyone?

Greenback Stocks : the record date is 18th and it takes a day for settlement. it is imo today 12/15 is the last day to be recorded. T+1.
some say you can still buy monday but that all depends on your broker and how quickly the clearinghouse underwrites it.
if one really wants that divvy, imo should buy today to get it for certain. im not recommending to buy or short or anything. this whole thing is fishy with their wrong dates from the start.
