$Super Micro Computer(SMCI.US$ Strange stock... One would think this generally follows $NVIDIA(NVDA.US$ , but...
Yesterday, it only follows NDVA when the price movement was down. When NVDA was peaking multiple times, the price only rose minutely at best.
Today, it seems to have played musical chairs with other tech stocks, and have now once again assumed the role of Simon Says with NVDA.
Will we get this back to its fair value? It is currently way below it with potential for upside. On the other hand, it seems that most of the market might not understand the roles of each of the different chip-related manufacturers and the products they produce. While similar in achieving the end-goal, each of them are fundamentally different, which implies that each of these stocks should actually be judged individually instead of being highly correlated.

pootpoot : computer hardware
Novice Trades OP pootpoot : Yes, the idea of the hardware sector as a whole is valid, but each company still specializes in different components that make up the machine. It seems that most people are just buying with the AI hype instead of distinguishing companies based on the values of their products.
White_Shadow : I like $Super Micro Computer (SMCI.US)$ but just not since their last ER, I believe they have the necessary just in a bad spot currently
Novice Trades OP White_Shadow : hmm what about the other related stocks though? Qualcomm, Intel (alright this one is arguable), Micron? Processors are very much different from graphics cards.
pootpoot Novice Trades OP : well thats the pattern i noticed, back then when smci and nvidia was on par at 900+, it computer hardware sector was striving as well. i understand your point but i guess thats the pattern i spot![undefined [undefined]](https://static.moomoo.com/nnq/emoji/static/image/default/default-black.png?imageMogr2/thumbnail/36x36)

White_Shadow Novice Trades OP : Qualcom is good, Intel is no good, micron is a bull, I hold Micron and I'm up almost 30%.
