Your opinion is exactly opposite to the common sense. They are issuing 20pc extra shares because of convertible notes, that reduces the massive loan book quite significantly. Its a positive in one way and negative the other side, but that was the best option they could have taken

they just freed up the reserve money from the law suit and they already sold 250 cars to dealerships that were already built and paid for. I'm sure with all the new dealerships that signed up there is more news coming. I will be holding and buying more before the earnings report on Thursday.

Yeah? Forgot the upcoming shareholders meeting? Going to increase the authorised shares. They have very little cash left meaning the massive dilution is imminent.

I think they have way more going for them than against them. even $5 or $6 a share would be a far under valuation for this stock. I'd double my money at $1.80.

it kinda reminds me of the Walmart theory. if you drop the price and sell 10x the product you just going out of business faster. some day Walmart! some day! but dealerships do allow upgrades, add-ons, and customization of your car. parts and services are better. test drives will sell way more cars then videos and commercials. I might order a scooter or a go cart online but not something as expensive as a car or truck. the small percentage they may lose on the dealer being middle man will be nothing compared to the explosive sales the dealers will bring in. I heard that 80% of people who test drive them order one. that's impressive and I'm not even sure I believe it. But if only 30% that test drive one bought one sales would go through the roof. I won't even go into the other countries. There are other EVs SP way higher that are years behind Fisker. This will pop soon enough. holding and buying.
Greener : what's the explanation for this?

Brooks Falls OP Greener : Dealership is bad news that’s why the sp has been plummeting since then. They will lose more money thru the dealers.
