United States National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan stated on Friday that the United States allies will announce their own measures against Iran in the coming days.
Commenting on the most recent sanctions approved by the US government over Tehran's missile attack against Israel, the US official stated that "President Biden has consistently confronted Iran's destabilizing actions and will continue to do so." However, he added that the US has not removed any of the sanctions imposed on Iran under the current administration.
Sullivan insisted that the action taken today was coordinated among allies while stressing support for Israel and a willingness to continue to undermine Iran's capabilities to sustain and fund its missile program.
