to transfer to main board，sunzen need expand capital to 500m，with the NOSH up to 801m，sunzen share price must maintain above 0.63. since sunzen target to be listed in main board next year，to fulfill bursa requirements，this stock must double its share price in 12 months.
the conversion of wc to ordianary shares will help sunzen increase NOSH ，thus is much easier to achive 500m cap，that is why recently， 2％ of wc had been converted to ordinary shares.
the conversion of wc may continues at price range 0.12-0.16 , someone purposely pressing the share price so that they can convert wc at low cost ， means share price will only move up after they reach the numbers they want. but they cant freeze the share price for so long， Q1 2025 result （oct -dec 2024）will be the best ever result，at least 4.5 millions PAT。

103857741 OP 18881888 : According to the traditional transfer application process, the applicant company must have a daily market capitalization of at least RM500 million within the year before applying. So, lets say SUNZEN APPLY IN 2026 JAN, SUNZEN SHARE PRICE MUST STAY ABOVE 0.63 in 2025
