$Super Micro Computer (SMCI.US)$ Anyone else having trouble withdrawing money this week.  Usually its OK, but not this week.  Their customer service is not helping

  • 104377867 : No issue withdrawing. They offered cash coupon if i keep for few more weeks. Dont know why.

  • Moomoo Buddy : Dear client, It depends on whether you are withdrawing withdrawable funds or redeeming funds. If it's a withdrawable fund, we usually process it on a business day, if it's a redeemed fund, it depends on when the fund is settled. Different funds have different redemption rules. It is recommended to enter the details page of the fund and check the "Trading Rules" section for more information on the withdrawal and cash availability time. Thank you.

  • Bisco OP Moomoo Buddy : Looks like my money automatically went into a cash fund which now takes three days.  I never knew I was automatically set up for the money to go into this cash fund . It never did before.  Feels a bit off to me.  It’s 250k USD and now sits in MooMoo accounts for three days when it should be in my account for three days.  I can’t say I am too impressed with MooMoo.  Please everyone, double check you have not also been automatically set-up for this US cash fund

  • Moomoo Buddy Bisco OP : Dear client, we don't automatically set up your account, if you want to suspend or close it. please visit「Funds  - Cash Plus - Manage SmartSave」on mobile app.
    1. Close SmartSave: tap Suspend. Kindly note after SmartSave is suspended, your uninvested amount will remain in your Universal Account and will not be used to buy Cash Plus. If there is a negative in your account, your Cash Plus position will be auto-redeemed to cover it.
    2. Stoping Auto Redemption: tap「Deactive SmartSave - Redemption」at the bottom. Kindly note Cash Plus funds will not be added to your buying power after the closure. If there is a negative in your account, you need to redeem Cash Plus funds manually for repayment. Thank you.
