$Super Micro Computer (SMCI.US)$ DO NOT buy just for the split. I know it sounds tempting, but trust me, don’t. After the split, it’s sitting at $40 right now, but I’m expecting it to drop to around $33-$36 in the weeks following. Long term, it might still be worth it, but right now, things aren’t looking too great

  • Jay Sah : Is it just your frustration or do you have any secret information about it? Why do you guys manipulate without concrete knowledge and information

  • SpeedyStud OP Jay Sah : This is just my opinion, but from what I’m seeing, past stock splits haven’t worked out well for other companies. Plus, if the probe uncovers anything that proves accounting manipulation or other issues, it’s not gonna look good, especially if you’re buying short for the split.

  • Money Thrill Jay Sah : Indeed,Have already limit at 350 ... i see what happens to buy perhaps  higher or even lower.  A friend look at U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ),  justice.gov.  and nothing to mention ? Nothing on payroll? I follow SMCI.US  as investors relations, Despite all the problems, I remain rational. First and foremost, Big short sellers are like predators,  always look for weak prey and retailers are emotional. Fear is not fear is not a good starting- point for investors? • Jay Sah : Still I believe 30$ is way too low prediction guys.

  • Jay Sah : BTW I haven’t invested anything in it, but was thinking if this is good time to enter

  • SpeedyStud OP Jay Sah : Ya mb let me change that rq, bit too extra lmao

  • SpeedyStud OP Jay Sah : It’s still falling by a lot, would say next week after split would be good entry

  • Stockworld newbie SpeedyStud OP : I too had a deep look at DOJ official website, there is no news about SMCI yesteray, day before and before that.. infact there is no credible source that confirms this news. If you read carefully, the use of words “may”, “ probably”, “ an old employee” … confirms no action has been taken by DOJ. And if there was it would surely be highlighted on SMCI INvestor relations website ( as they did to highlight warning received from NASDAQ recently”.
Anyways it is good to be careful and wait until all this drama settles. My main worry is why 10-k not filed yet and if there is a deadline then when it is.

  • Money Thrill : I think also about it ... but not sure. If price drops to 350 or 380 ... after split easily 40 à 43 ... more buyers will take a chance? i suppose? Therefore i look the whole time at the price [undefined][undefined][undefined]

  • SpeedyStud OP Money Thrill : That’s what I’m trying to warn too. I would say once it dropped after split I can gain back. But I wouldn’t say right away. Maybe a few months
