Cons

No benefits, no career growth. People here are stuck in same level for 3+ years, work is not very challenging, no industry-transferable skills, lazy coworkers, poverty-low base salary barely survivable. The company is comprised of 1. New grads who couldn’t find another job 2. Laid off employees from very reputable companies who cannot find another job 3. A mix of employees ranging from “no company in the right mind would hire them” to decent. For a “tech” company people surprisingly come off very unintelligent here. The majority of roles here are bait-and-switch, high schoolers could do this job. A lot of employees here stay here for years not because they enjoy it, but because no other place will or wants to hire them.
Its pathetic that they need to inflate their overall Glassdoor rating with fake reviews.
