hodlmenot : Becuase it raises a lot of questions - can we trust the financials they provide? The whistle blower testimony, Hindenburg report have ruined its reputation, but still I think the company - the core business is good but they have a very bad reputation, its highly likely there will be financial inaccuracies but i still think the business is worth more.

pootpoot KingNY-Life : wow. 2018 they commited financial fraud before. 3 months after charles liang fired the staff and paid the fine, he reemployed them back. now that initially there are allegations against smci i think thats safe to say no clear evidence. now that a big reputatable audit firm has left and gave hint on why they depart. back in 2018, smci was delisted temporarily before. if they repeat the same offence again what do u think will happen? i personally do not own any shares here neither am i shorting smci. so far my comments is just based on accurate information that was already broadcasted.
