plus they have made short position on this stock.
When SMcI releases their 10K report and their next earnings, this stock will move up.

now that DOJ have even step in to investigate. the thing is SMCI did this fraud before. just 3 months after paying fine, charles liang reemployed all the fraud related employees back. what is that trying to tell u?
today even if it goes back to 800 this isnt a stock i would want to risk for a repeated offender.

pootpoot OP Money Thrill : the thing is they have done it before. thats a fact. no manipulation to that. and it just so sus that ceo is employing all the same members involved just 3 months after paying fine. i prefer not to be exposed to such risks.
