$Super Micro Computer (SMCI.US)$ Luckin Coffee was delisted because of falsified earnings reports, and the reason it was able to return to nasdaq was the replacement of the CEO and all top executives. They also agreed to pay $0.18 billion to the SEC as a settlement.
