The company also revealed plans to appoint new top executives in finance.

According to the announcement on the 2nd, Super Micro is looking for a new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), and legal counsel. Former Vice President of Finance, Kenneth Chen, will assume the role of Chief Accounting Officer (CAO).
Super Micro explained in the announcement that this examination was conducted by a special committee consisting of over 50 lawyers from the law firm Cooley, and a team from the accounting firm Secretariat Advisors, in addition to the board of directors, and has been completed.
