This_Guy : the stock is controlled, like most stocks. They are accumulating shares that's why it drives up and back down. when it drives up they use the people that enter as liquidity so they can dump shares and accumulate again. rinse and repeat. it's a gamble but seems like this one is pushing to get to 1.00 at some point.
