Taobao Expands Overseas Free Shipping to Southeast Asia, HK, MO, and TW

Taobao, a BABA e-commerce platform, has announced the extension of its free shipping zone to ten countries and regions, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Cambodia, as well as Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. This expansion is aimed at improving logistics services for the upcoming Double 11 Shopping Festival.

The logistics upgrade will be supported by Cainiao, ensuring timely delivery for overseas customers during the Double 11 period. With the inclusion of Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia, Taobao’s free shipping service now covers ten regions.
