TENCENT Buys Back 1.31M Shrs for $402M

TENCENT announced that it repurchased 1.31 million shares on the Stock Exchange on 7 December at a price of $304.2-311 per share, involving about $402 million.

Since the ordinary resolution was passed, the Group has repurchased a total of 108 million shares, representing 1.1278% of the number of issued shares.
