TENCENT Buys Back 2.63M Shrs for $1B
$TENCENT (00700.HK)$ disclosed in its statement that it repurchased 2.63 million shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 27 August at a price ranging from $377.6 to $382.4 per share, involving about $1 billion.
Since the ordinary resolution was passed on 14 May, TENCENT has repurchased 122 million shares, accounting for 1.30464% of its share capital.
