$TENCENT (00700.HK)$ repurchased 2.69 million shares on the Stock Exchange Friday (16 Aug), with the price per share ranging from $368.8 to $375, involving a capital of $1 billion.

Since the passing of the ordinary resolution, TENCENT has repurchased a total of 104 million shares, accounting for about 1.10643% of the company's issued shares.
