$Tencent (TCEHY.US)$ I can say more than 95% of those games in China is pay to win lol. Top-up windows popping up everywhere on the screen asking you to cash (and I can name alot of them) .
No underlying significance in the game, just cash for skins stats and gears only. That's basically how those companies and studios are surviving, and they can't be bothered with game content because it pays so little compared to releasing new skins or items. Those Richies in China can easily spend millions in those kind of nonsense.
Regulating this = Killing off this entire business model
