10baggerbamm : this is absurd here you have a company that received a notice of delisting so what do they do oh we're going to offer stock for sale dilute shareholders power at it let's just reverse split this stock and let's pump the stock up and now they're in compliance and can remain listed. haven't even looked yet but this is the type of company that if there are options you buy puts common sense if they failed to execute in the stock price Kemp going down to the extent that they're going to be delisted their primary business stinks they're failing at it which means this spike in the stock price is going to result in what? much lower prices in the near future
