Electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, Tesla, aims to unveil the long-awaited self-driving taxi 'RoboTaxi' at an event held at Warner Bros. Discovery's movie studio in the Los Angeles area. This was revealed by multiple well-informed sources.
According to sources who spoke on condition of anonymity due to the confidentiality of the information, Tesla aims to showcase the RoboTaxi at the Burbank, California facility on October 10. The site has 29 sound stages, where filming of famous productions such as 'Batman' and the TV show 'Friends' has taken place.
Tesla's CEO Elon Musk has not responded to the request for comments. Warner Bros. spokespersons have not commented so far.
