Ivann28 : The theme is robotaxi which will be autonomous with many offerings such as air , road and maybe eventually sea . It can be paid using crypto currency and major payment platforms. The event will highlight the eventual rollout plans . I don’t think it will be available in many countries until few years down the road . Too many ideas to write lol …. Thanks moo for the event . The price will surge higher and higher for Tesla for the event but one week later it will fall back as all future planning is too far away yet .

There is no doubt about the potential of Tesla's driverless cab technology, and it will achieve its goals sooner rather than later, but there are still significant challenges in terms of safety, cost, and legal liability that raise doubts about its commercialization prospects. So, once again, there's no need to share Wall Street's high expectations at the Robotaxi launch on October 10.

Shaaaw : I am most interested in any info on Tesla compute power, and the expected achievement of the "march of 9"s", i.e. the reduction rate for safety related driver/ user intervention.
I suspect that they will unveil the RoboCab, people will likely have polar opposite views on it to start with... then come around to it.
I am mostly keen to learn about the interface and details of the expected CyberCab/ Robotaxi service. Where and when it is expected to start.
An update on DOJO development would also be fabulous.

The official theme of Robotaxi Day is “We, Robot”, which suggests that we may yet see an announcement of Tesla's humanoid robot project. While past demos haven't been impressive, the rate of advancement in humanoid robots is usually a cause for concern.

CNNT : I predict the event will talk about the vision and roadmap for this product and try to sell the idea to us how this is a new category, with no existing benchmark to make comparisons with. Aka, to make us hopeful, or even euphoric, but not revealing too much because it's too early and many roadblocks have not been dealt with, such as regulations, insurance, revenue model etc..

Anyhow, I'm looking forward to it. 4am this Sat for KL time, right? Just to be sure.
