Tesla's over-the-air software update to fix "recall" issue
$Tesla(TSLA.US$ The article revealed that Tesla has released an over-the-air (OTA) software update, free of charge, to fix the issue, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) said.
Similar to previous so called "recall", no vehicles are physically returned, just over-the-air software update. Most Tesla owners may not realise the update at all.
