Tesla shareholder proposals 3 and 4 are currently passing by wide margins

He commented that both Tesla shareholder proposals 3 and 4 are currently passing by wide margins. See chart below.

My Take: Reuters said shareholders are allowed to change their vote up to the start of the annual meeting. But DogeDesigner posted in X.com that the voting platform has already closed for tabulation. For Moomoo, e-voting was closed a few hours ago after midnight. The results will be announced today (13 June) at 4:30 pm EST. Moomoo SG will conduct a live report at 4:30 am tomorrow (14 June).
