$Tesla(TSLA.US$ Hello everyone, hope everyone is enjoying the weekend so far. Just a quick update for the week ahead. Looking at the broader marker, I believe money rotation from mega caps to mid and small cap companies to continue. We have seeing signs that institutions are dumping large caps shares into retailers. I will be very cautious on investing on large caps like mag 7 going foreard.
For Tesla, I see the bottom is around 230 to 209. I still hold my short on Tesla and am considering to exit my short positions at around 218. Potential to enter another short in the future after a good rebound.
for the short term, I would recommend to buy SCO as I expect oil price to fall as more and more bad economic data come in. Therefore SCO price will go up as oil prices go down.
Another one I would recommend to short is KLAC, a semi conductor equipment maker. Currently lots of chip manufacturers other than AI is suffering with over inventory and low demand due to slowing consumer demand. Target is to drop to 650
For market rotations, I would suggest people to look at gold and silver. Gold is currently near all time high and gold miners are having Q2 earning calls end July into August. I believe earning here would be very positive with historic high margins. Good for long term investment for the next 2 years. Here are some good potential in my opinion: GDX, NEM, GDXJ, GLD, SLV.
