How important are the actions of Musk and Whitwick to the USA?
Musk says: There are only two sources of government spending: 1. Taxes collected 2. Printing money when taxes are insufficient. Don't listen to those economists' gimmicks, there are no other sources, just these two.
Printing money is not a solution because it leads to inflation. Therefore, if you don't want to pay more taxes, you must reduce government spending.
There's only one way. If we don't take this path, the country will go bankrupt.
The US national debt has already reached $36 trillion today, compared to $32 trillion just last June. The debt increases by one trillion every 100 days, currently there is no force to stop the astronomical rise of this index.
In other words, if Trump does not win the election, and Musk and Bezos do not come out to slam on the brakes, America will most likely truly decline from now on, and there will be no turning back.
