$Tesla (TSLA.US)$ i think many of us are not as unique as he is, to think of all these seemingly crazy ideas. but we cannot deny that Tesla did change the way how combustion engine cars were, for the many decades. While he may do things not the normal way, and many of us are just skeptical cos its not the norm that wee usually see or can accept.
being daring to try and experiment is what innovation is. i remembered reading a story about Einstein being a underperforming student in school, but yet turned to be a great scientist.

103882955 : Agreed. Read his book by Walter Issac. Quite inspiring. He sees things differently from others tho he made false promises about deadline (apparently to raise cash according to the book). Pretty sure this whole event is anticipated for marketing Tesla’s Image. His ideas are crazy but if it pays off, investors will reap massive gains.
For now, I think Tesla has a long way to go for robotaxi compared to Waymo, his robots are inferior to Boston Dynamics Robots. Judging from the event, it only did party tricks waving hands or stuff lol. The robotaxi are in a controlled enviroment. No spec or additional information is given.
Too many things on his plates, getting into politics etc he needs to focus and specialise on his products or his competitors will outpace him.
He got the relentless drive, which is admirable. But surely having relentless drive and visionary doesn’t mean product would be successful.
