$Tesla (TSLA.US)$ I was listening to a recap in the news in the middle of the night. and it said that Elon Musk has been in Mar-a -Largo multiple times since the election. it went on to say that he will not have an official cabinet position designation. and he doesn't need one because he is in front of President Trump all the time now and you can rest assure that 100% of all legislation that Trump signs off on via executive order or by Congress is going to benefit Tesla.

ur wifes boyfriend : he was shunned by the Biden administration
SKYWalkers : how is removing EV subsidies benefitting Tesla?
10baggerbamm OP ur wifes boyfriend : of course he was but you know what the pendulum swings both ways because Trumps wife Melania broke the tradition of having tea with the sitting president's wife. she basically like listen peasant I'm done with you, you were on the cover of Vogue ..they wouldn't put me on go get a face peel old lady. you're not in my league and I'm not going to be seen with you for a photo op.
RoNo SKYWalkers : Hurts Tesla’s competitors more, that’s how. And the tariffs on Chinese ev’s! Huge! Not to mention the regulatory capture re: self driving cars. It’s huuuuge! Confeffe!
SKYWalkers RoNo : why is Tesla facing issues with autonomous cars when there are already Waymos on the road?
10baggerbamm OP SKYWalkers : I think there's two reasons and maybe other people can chime in here. number one Blackwell has a video feature in the chip that's going to catapult autonomous driving to a level far superior to what lidar is. so I think some of it was the evolution of technology finally catching up to what Elon Musk wants. the second I don't believe he would be approved in California and in liberal States had Harris won. I think it would have been a very long uphill battle and now the wind is at his back. so I think very easily within the first quarter of the Year you'll see Federal highway approves autonomous driving for Tesla vehicles for cybercab.
