C Bernard : Check is your bid price match any asking price or not. If that is the reason you may consider adjust higher bid price that you comfortable with.
Second thing you can check is whether you place pre/post market order or not. If you place regular hour order, then your order will be in queue until market open.

Lnova : options trading can only be done on moomoo during market hours 9:30am EST-4:00pm EST … unfortunately can’t trade options during premarket or aftermarket, can only queue options orders… same goes for paper trading I believe

cnkj : Stop limit only works on market open which means in Singapore time, 10:30pm till 5am. Outside of these hours, options and stop limit do not work and will go into queue.
This is the reason why i pulled out of TSLA 2 days ago. When too much freshies fomo in, thats the sign of the peak.
