$Tesla (TSLA.US)$ The article explained why Tesla will win the AI race in the long run. The difference between Nvidia and Tesla is that Nvidia has to tailor its AI chip designs, processes & capabilities to each of its clients and even outsources many parts of it to do it, while for Tesla everything is built in-house & vertically integrated for its >5 million vehicles in the world that are operating today. You can think of it like Apple’s iOS that’s only used for its iPhone ecosystem that is controlled, focused, & scalable vs Google’s android operating system that is tailored for all different phone manufacturers that can often be messy, the experience being very different for each, & not scalable.

mypulse : (Me don't own Nvidia Stocks) a) Everybody wants to do their own in-house AI.b) Everybody who can't do AI will get Microsoft/Meta/Amazon/Google/etc. to do for them.c) Everybody else who can do AI will get Nvidia/AMD chips because they do not want to be locked down by Microsoft/Meta/Amazon/Google/etc.d) Tesla is only 1 out of many Microsoft/Meta/Amazon/Google/etc. vendor.e) AGI can take between 3 more years to 16 more years, according to Cathie Woods.f) Nvidia/AMD still have at least 3 to 16 more years to go until someone actually achieved AGI.g) Meanwhile people in (b) and (c) will have to stay with commercial-off-the-shelf GPUSs for large language models.
