Interest rates on US bonds have skyrocketed since Powell's press conference suggested the possibility of one time within the year.
Since the number of interest rate cuts during the year was small, it may be necessary to be wary of disappointing sales for a while.
It doesn't seem like they can do without interest rate cuts by the end of the year, so I don't think they'll push it that far, but is it horizontal or horizontal?
