The Annual AMC Shareholder meeting #5 and #7.
Number 5 basically asks for their to be no fault in crime or doing any wrong for members of the board.
Number 7 is the board members asking for a raise. This is standard practice every annual meeting.
HOWEVER I will NOT be approving any raise on my end. I WILL VOTE NO.
Shareholders have done enough. Raise the capital and do right by the people.
